This is the best vegan recipe for pancakes I've tried. You can't tell they are vegan! Vegans and non-vegans alike love these.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 cups of soy milk or water
2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Step 1. Mix together the dry ingredients and then stir in the wet ingredients. If the batter is too thick, add1 tablespoon of water at the time until reaching the desired consistency.
Step 2. Pour onto a pan with a non-stick surface and cook over medium heat, flipping once when the edges begin to bubble and brown.
Step 3. Top with fruit and/or syrup and serve warm.
