If your looking for a pie with a rich peanut butter chocolate taste this recipe is for you. This pie is very filling and tastes amazing.
Ingredients:
1-12 ounce package dairy-free chocolate chips (about 2 cups)
1 16 ounce package firm tofu
1 1/2 cups of peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
Soy milk (to desired texture)
1 vegan graham cracker crust
1 cup chopped nuts
Step 1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler, saucepan, or microwave.
Step 2. In a food processor or high powered blender, add the melted chocolate chips, tofu, peanut butter, and 1.2 cup of soy milk. Blend until very smooth, adding more soy milk if desired.
Step 3. Pour the filling into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4. Add chopped nuts then refrigerate for another 2 hours.
